The MMTA is delighted to offer members the opportunity to join us on Tuesday 21st May 2019 for a Port and & Container Terminal tour in Rotterdam.

10:00- Departure Amsterdam city by bus (optional)
11:00-13.00: Boat trip of Rotterdam port, with drinks and light lunch
13:00-14.00: Container Terminal Tour
14.00- Arrive at container terminal – short welcome by C.Steinweg Handelsveem, RC Inspection & the MMTA
14:15- Presentation by Arnoud R. Willems from Sidley Austin LLP- Doing business in times of uncertainty– what to make from Trump’s tariffs, Brexit, WTO crisis, and trade agreements
15:00- Presentation by Martijn Thijsen- Transformation & Business Development Containers, Breakbulk cargo, Logistics and Container terminals of the future.
16:00- Departure back to Amsterdam
