The Company has remained privately owned, with the present Group Managing Director being the fourth generation of the founding family.

ANALYTICAL – Alfred H Knight’s laboratories are fully experienced and equipped to carry out the analysis of metals for commercial, quantitative or environmental purposes, performed using traditional and instrumental techniques.

INSPECTION/SUPERVISION – AHK is able to provide a full range of services including, weight control, definitive sampling, transportable moisture limit/flow moisture point, inherent moisture determination, \’grab\’ sampling, loading/trans-shipment/discharge surveillance, tallying, visual inspections, bulk/final sample preparation, package condition survey and radioactivity testing.
