Since 1964 Metaal Transport has specialized in the storage, transshipment and physical distribution of non-ferrous metals, steel products and metal scrap. Our professional and well trained staff can be your partner in a complete logistical chain for metals.

In the port of Rotterdam we have our own state-of-the art facilities for warehousing, stevedoring, stripping, stuffing and (re-)packing. We also have the latest cutting facilities for nickel and copper cathodes.
The activities of Metaal Transport are concentrated at two newly constructed multi-purpose terminals, with a total storage capacity of 60,000 m�.

All our warehouses are approved by the London Metal Exchange and the Minor Metals Trade Association.

There is excellent access to the terminals by road, rail and water. This enables us to provide a wide range of transport options, whatever the destination of the cargo.
We can handle all the administrative requirements of our clients and have our own customs clearance system.
