Established in 1972 as a metal trading company with a strong China focus, Wogen has grown into one of the most diversified suppliers of high-value raw materials to the non-ferrous industry worldwide; be it for steel applications, aerospace, electronics, foundries, pigments or the alloying industry.
We are proud suppliers of Cobalt, Chrome, Titanium, Tantalum, Molybdenum and Niobium to the aerospace and super alloy industry. Our ferro alloys team is a well-regarded supplier of Ferro Chrome, Ferro Molybdenum, Ferro Titanium, Ferro Tungsten, Ferro Vanadium and Ferro Niobium to many of the world’s largest steel companies and also of Tungstates and Tungsten Oxides to the hard metals industry.
We handle a significant volume of PGMs and are particularly strong in the OPMs: Rhodium, Ruthenium and Iridium. We also have a long and significant history in mineral sands including rutile, zircon, ilmenite and Ti slag. We supply Rare Earths in both the domestic Chinese market and to consumers in the western world.
In recent years Wogen has been developing its focus on sourcing Chrome Ores and Concentrates, Manganese Ores and other bulk materials for the metallurgical industry of China.
Wogen also specialises in trading Minor Metals and the company was a founding member of the MMTA. Ranging from Antimony to Zircon and encompassing Cadmium, Bismuth, Hafnium, Indium, Magnesium, Manganese, Rhenium, Selenium, Silicon and Tellurium, there are few companies that trade such a full suite of products for industrial end use.
