Form
Ingots (regulus), with no specific dimension or weight.
Packaging
Original producer’s packing, normally ingots on pallets. The actual net weight of the packing is not relevant, unless otherwise agreed.
Lot Size & Tolerance
5 MT (+/- 2%)
Documentation
Standard documentation, as per MMTA Consolidated Regulations.
Weighing & Sampling
As per MMTA Consolidated Regulations.
Other Notes
This form is based on the old Soviet Union CY 0 GOST Norm. Unless otherwise specified at the time of contracting, the minimum quality that can be expected is CY 0, with Sb 99.60% min., As 0.05% max.

Inspection Schedule
Open all containers, note any different markings on form or indications of heterogeneity.
Sampling Schedule
If there are no indications of material heterogeneity then sample on an incremental basis of 10 MT sub lots. If heterogeneity is suspected select the incremental groups accordingly but in sub lots of 10 MT or less.
Select 10% of the ingots schematically, drill each ingot using a predetermined template which accounts for the whole of the ingot form.
Where heterogeneity or contamination is suspected it may be considered necessary to segregate certain ingots and prepare samples separately.
Sample Preparation
The drillings from each incremental sub lot should be mixed, drillings or pieces subdivided if necessary, to produce a homogeneous bulk sample in each instance.
Two options are then open:
1. Quality samples can be drawn from each homogenised sub lot bulk sample for analysis.
2. Alternatively a composite can be prepared from portions of each of the sublots to give a total parcel bulk sample from which total parcel quality samples may be drawn.
