Member Services Administrative Assistant
Remote working only
16- 20 hours per week (negotiable)
The Minor Metals Trade Association is looking for an administrative assistant to support the Association’s activities. The Association is looking for an organised and pro-active administrative assistant to take on a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day running of the organisation. Metals experience desirable.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Database management and e-marketing
Maintain and manage the website
To take on administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team and systems
To provide excellent customer service to members, potential members and other stakeholders
Preparation for meetings
Events support
Provide ad hoc research
Required skills/ experience / competencies:
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Attention to detail and ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
Organised and efficient
IT literate and confident with Office packages
Good time management to prioritise incoming tasks
Able to communicate effectively
Able to work flexibly and demonstrate time management skills
Able to work with others and independently to deliver work with minimal supervision
Experience in working with global companies
Experience in a customer facing environment is essential
Confident telephone manner
Flexibility and ability to multi-task
Potential domestic/ international travel may be needed
This role has the opportunity to become a full time role.
