Maritime House Ltd was established in 1986 and supplies minor metals and industrial chemicals to customers worldwide.

In March 2014 Maritime House Ltd acquired a rhenium recycling facility in Canada from Molycorp Minerals Canada (formerly Neo Material Technologies). The plant, operating as Maritime House Metals Inc., produces catalyst-grade APR and rhenium (Re) metal pellets from a wide range of Re-bearing scrap metals and residues.  The plant also concentrates certain PGM containing feeds.

Maritime House Metals Inc. supplies both the catalyst and superalloy markets with its high purity rhenium products.

Another core competence is the supply of nickel-based superalloys into the Former Soviet Union (FSU) countries and China for the industrial gas turbine industry.
