(“OTIC” for short hereafter,formerly as Ningxia Nonferrous Metals Smeltery which was founded in 1965) was established on April 30, 1999, and has been a public company in Shenzhen Stock Market from January 20, 2000, mainly sponsored by CNMC Ningxia Orient Group Co.
