尊敬的各位会员, 不知不觉已经是2019年的第三个月份了,相信各位一切都顺顺利利。二月对于我来说总是比较繁忙的。每年这个时候,我们都会在奥地利维也纳的联合国举办我们的Zero Project会议。今年也不例外,这次会议是我们有史以来规模最大的一次。此次会议为期三天,吸引了来自世界各地80多个国家的700余人出席,参与讨论残疾人的独立生活和政治参与。
