We have conducted a review of the arbitration rates to introduce a separate fee structure for members and non-members, and thus enhance a current member benefit, and to evaluate the rates in comparison to other arbitration services.
Our fees remain competitive, but are now in line with the service offered.
Short Form:
Member Fee – £250; Member Deposit – £500
Non-member Fee – £500; Non-member Deposit – £1000
Long Form:
Member Fee – £500; Member Deposit – £1000
Non-member Fee – £1000; Non-member Deposit – £2000
Member fees apply where the complainant is a member; they must initiate the arbitration.
