Joel Nields has 20 years of experience in the Minor Metals scrap processing industry, which includes roles in manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales. Metals of experience include Tantalum, Niobium, Tungsten, Molybdenum, Hafnium, and Zirconium.
He has been a member delegate of the Tantalum and Niobium International Study Center (TIC) for 10 years and a member delegate of the Minor Metals Trade Association (MMTA) for 11 years—7 of which included a seat on an MMTA committee or Board of Directors. In 2015, he was hired by Exotech, Inc. located in Pompano Beach, FL where he remains the Director of Sales.

Chairman and Executive Director Metalink Group, a metals specialist since 1993. David Buyang Ma founded Metalink in
1993, and now is Chairman and Executive Director with Metalink. David graduated from Nanjing University China in 1987 with a Bachelor degree and obtained a Master degree in 2000 from St. Joseph University US.
Before founding Metalink, David worked 6 years from 1987 to 1993 for China metals companies including Minmetal group as sales manager. Metalink now produce wide range of metals and alloys products including pure rare metals, special master alloys and casting super alloys at three facilities in China and Thailand which Metalink owns and runs.
David has gained extensive experiences through 38 years continuous efforts in the fields such as minerals, oxides and compounds, scraps, ferro alloys, precious metals, rare earths, pure rare metals, special master alloys, super alloys etc. David has been an active member of SEE the No.1 environmental protection NGO in China set up by hundreds China entrepreneurs dedicated to ecological protection and social responsibility.

Dan Bowman is a Trader at Wogen Resources Ltd and has spent over a decade working as a trader of metals based in Europe,
South Africa and the UK with experience across finished metals, ores and concentrates.
Additionally, Dan spent time as an Analyst in Mergers and Acquisitions with Hannam & Partners LLP, working with a variety of listed mining & metals companies. Dan holds a BA Hons degree from Bristol Business School, is an Associate of the Institute of Securities and Investments, Dan has previously sat on the board of the MMTA, holding the role of Treasurer.
